Created from more than 100 different wines, of which 20% to 30% are reserve wines specially selected to enhance its maturity, complexity and constancy, the assemblage reflects the diversity, a perfect balance and complementarity of the three grapes varietals: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. Most Champagnes are a mix of grapes and the larger houses are skillful at mixing the grapes to achieve a consistent product.
The Moet and Chandon Imperial champagne is recommended for a party, or when entertaining guests. It’s an affordable and an accessible Champagne and a great introduction for Champagne novices.
